Tikko Live Child Safety Policy

Tikko Live is committed to building a safe and healthy community environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach towards any form of child abuse and exploitation. Any user who violates the terms outlined in this policy for protecting minors (under the age of 18) will face permanent account suspension and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

Age Restriction

•  You must be 18 years of age or older to use Tikko Live.
•  Any attempts to falsify age to access the platform are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Protection Mechanisms

Tikko Live employs a combination of automated systems and manual review to continuously monitor and address underage usage and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on the platform. Any attempt to circumvent these protection mechanisms is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

We strictly prohibit the following harmful content and behaviors involving minors, including but not limited to:

•  Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation: Sharing, producing, distributing, or possessing CSAM, including highly realistic AI-generated content. Any content that sexualizes minors, such as sexual innuendo, sexualized role-playing, sexualized attire, and any form of child nudity or sexualized artistic depictions, is prohibited.
•  Grooming and Sexual Solicitation: Adult users are prohibited from building trust with minors for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation. Soliciting minors for sexual acts, encouraging them to leave platform supervision, or requesting intimate images is strictly forbidden.
•  Physical and Psychological Abuse and Neglect: Depicting, promoting, or encouraging physical violence, psychological abuse, mental manipulation, neglect, or trafficking of minors.
•  Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.Re-victimization: Causing further harm to minors who have already suffered abuse or exploitation through dissemination of or commentary on related content.

Underage Appearance on the Platform

Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in live streams, video chats, or any user-generated content. Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors is forbidden.

Reporting Mechanism

•  Incidents involving abuse or exploitation of minors will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant legal authorities.
•  Users can report potential violations using the in-app reporting function or by contacting us at admin@tikkolive.com. Tikko Live protects the identity of reporters.

Prohibited Users

•  Users convicted of crimes against children, including sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using Tikko Live.

Enforcement Measures

•  All violations of this Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account penalties, including content removal and permanent suspension.
•  Depending on the severity of the violation, Tikko Live will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigations.
